What is your minimum credit score?

We typically like to see a minimum score of 620, but can be flexible with experienced investors.

Do I need an LLC to close?

Yes, we do not lend to individuals. You can register your business here and hire a resident agent if needed. Entity must be active before closing.

Do you work with new investors?

Yes! We work with investors of all experience levels. 

Do you offer 100% financing?

We do not offer 100% financing at this time. We can reduce or eliminate down payment in some cases by cross-collateralizing against other real estate in your portfolio.

Do you charge any upfront fees?

At ABEZ Funding Solutions, we do not charge upfront fees for our loans. The only expense paid out-of-pocket before closing is the appraisal. 

*Commercial loans outside of our lending parameters may require due diligence deposit depending on scope of project.

What states do you lend in?

We currently lend nationwide - no rural. Check to see if your property is rural before submission.

What do I need to submit for a pre-approval letter?
  • Completed loan application

  • Photo ID

  • Proof of funds

  • Copy of credit report

All of these items are submitted through our secure online customer portal.

Do you fund down payment and closing costs?

No​, we expect investors to have at least 10% skin in the game.
